  • He provides consultation in all aspects of human resource development, as well as total quality management, statistical process control, supervisory skills, and project management.

  • Principal investigator of multiple grants totaling more than $85,000.

  • Involved in international education and humanitarian service in Ukraine since 1995; speaks Russian.
