Deadlines, Refund and Grading Policies Spring 2009

LATE REGISTRATION

Contact you academic advisor for advisement and to obtain your advisement PIN.

The last day to late register is January 18, 2009.  You will be charged a $30 late registration fee if you process an initial registration January 12, 2009 through January 18, 2009.  Instructors' signatures are required only if the class is full.  Late registration after January 18, 2009 will only be considered if there are extenuating circumstances and you have permission of the instructor, advisor, and academic dean.  You will be charged a $100 late registration fee if you process an initial registration on or after January 19, 2009.

DROP/ADD

A $10 drop/add fee will be charged for each transaction resulting in a schedule change from December 5, 2008, through January 18, 2009.  A $30 drop/add fee will be charged for each transaction resulting in a schedule change beginning January 19, 2009.  The last day to add classes is January 18, 2009.  Instructors' signatures are required only if the class is full.  Classes may be dropped from your schedule without signatures through March 29.  Refunds will be given according to the schedule below, only when the number of credit hours dropped results in a reduction of fees.
