OIT Computer Labs
Employment
The OIT Computer Labs employ between 60 and 80 students during the Fall and Spring semesters with slightly lower numbers during the Summer and breaks.

Requirements:
- Pass a Minimum Skills Test
- 2.5 GPA
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attend paid training sessions
Job Duties:
- Assist lab users with various issues
- Maintain lab equipment (This usually means reporting errors to a technician)
- Enforce lab rules
- Keep lab clean and orderly
Promotions:
- Generally available at the end of each semester
- Must have worked at least one semester
- Must have excellent work history
- Positions include: Lab Tech, Lab Supervisor, and Student Manager
