for students entering with LPN/LVN licensure
- Unconditional admission to the University as a degree-seeking student
- Completed
application to the
nursing program
- Approved national level
criminal
background check
- Successful completion of an approved information
technology literacy course
- Must have access to a computer and be able to
create, submit, and retrieve documents and documentation
electronically
- Successful challenge -
department credit by examination
of
- NURS 106
- NURS 224
- NURS 328
- NURS 330
- Current Indiana L.P.N. license (unrestricted)
- Applicant may be admitted conditionally
- Enroll in NURS 208
- Must earn a grade of
C or better in NURS 208
and NURS 304

- If results are
not known until after the start of the semester or if the applicant has
failed the licensing examination, the applicant would be required to
drop the nursing course in which he or she is enrolled and be placed
into General Education courses only.
