| Carmen Cortez is the recipient of the prestigious National Science Foundation (NSF) Fellowship for 2009. Carmen will be studying at University of California, Davis in the Fall of 2009, where she will be working on a master's degree in plant sciences with Dr. Kevin Rice. Carmen is the recipient of multiple NSF grants. |
