The Journal of Community Engagement and
Higher Education
Introducing
The Journal of Community Engagement and Higher Education: a new on-line, refereed journal examining perspectives, research,
and practices of community engagement and community-based learning
in higher education.
The date for the
first publication is projected for mid-to-late fall, 2008. The
deadline to submit manuscripts for the inaugural issue has passed (June 30).
However, papers for the second issue of the journal may be submitted
at any time before the deadline of December 31, 2008.
The journal will be published semi-annually by Indiana State University’s
Center for Instruction, Research, and Technology.
Call for
Reviewers of Manuscripts:
The
Journal of Community
Engagement and Higher Education is currently seeking qualified
individuals to serve as reviewers of manuscripts . Reviewers should
be able to demonstrate background in and contributions to the
fields of community based learning and higher education policy.
Interested individuals should
submit an email of interest and an abbreviated copy of their vita
