Indiana State University and Community Partners announce the eighth annual Terre Haute Human Rights Day--a celebration of possibilities and a call to action.  Academic departments, community organizations, and social activists will join artists, and featured speakers to renew our commitment to social justice and human rights with emphasis on The Right to an Adequate Standard of Living (Article 25 of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights).

Members of the Steering Committee for Human Rights Day 2009 invite your participation and attendance. Speakers and workshops will be cost-free and open to the public.
