Accessible Drop Off Location
The northern most door on the 8th Street Entrance is an ideal drop off location for persons who need assistance.
Accessible Seating
Accessible Seating is located in the top row of the lower level. Depending on the event, floor level accessible seating may be available. Accessible seats are sold with one companion seat. Tickets are available through TicketMaster 812.234.2424 or on line at www.TicketMaster.com, by clicking on the blue “Request Accessible Tickets” icon or the Ticket Office.
ATM
First Financial Bank ATM Van is located on the South Patio, near the Cherry Street Entrance, for selected events.
Concessions
Hulman Center has three permanent concession stands on the concourse at the street level. Depending on the event, portable stands may be open on the concourse level as well as the main floor level. All stands are accessible.
Elevator
The elevator is located on the west side or 8th Street side of the building. The elevator goes to the Main Floor; however if there are no floor seats for an event the elevator may not be accessible. Inquire at the Ticket Office if you have any questions. The elevator does not access Upper Level Seating. For more accessible options, see Accessible Seating.
Entrances
Hulman Center has entrances off 8th Street, Eagle Street, 9th Street, Cherry Street and the Ticket Office located at the corner of 9th Street and Cherry Street. The 8th Street and Ticket Office entrance are both fully accessible to persons with disabilities. Open entrances vary by event, so call the Ticket Office 812.237.3737 to verify the entrances open for the event you plan to attend.
Lost and Found
All items are turned in to the Ticket Office located in the southeast corner on the concourse level.
Parking
Free parking is available for most events in any ISU parking lot after 5:00 PM weekdays and weekends. Limited parking is available for events during the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Ten accessible spots are located in the 8th Street parking lot (Lot 3) and six accessible spots are located in the 9th Street parking lot (Lot D).
Two hour parking is available on Cherry Street between the hours of 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM directly across from ISU Hulman Center.
Parking for Men’s Basketball Games, several lots are reserved, Lot C, D, and 20. Lot 3 is available for a small fee. For Women’s Basketball Games, all lots are free.
Restrooms
Hulman Center has men and women’s restrooms located by the concession stands in the southwest, northwest and northeast corners of the building. Depending on the event additional restrooms are located on the west side lower level and east side lower level. All restrooms are accessible.
Special Needs
If a patron has special needs, please call the Ticket Office 812.237.3737 at least two weeks in advance to see what accommodations can be made.
Telephones
Courtesy phones are located in the southeast corner and west side of the concourse level. Dial ‘97’ to get an outside line. Long distance is available with a calling or credit card.
Ticket Office
The Ticket Office is located on the southeast corner of the building (9th Street and Cherry Street), facing Cherry Street and is fully accessible.
Wheelchairs
If a patron needs a wheelchair or other special assistance, please make arrangements to bring the equipment with you.
Will Call
Will Call for ticket pick up for concerts, family entertainment, Broadway productions is located in the Ticket Office. Men and Women’s Basketball Will Call is located at the 8th Street Entrance. Both areas are accessible.
