Direct Billing

Direct billing allows less money to be taken out of the traveler’s pocket and less work for the department secretaries. When an invoice is direct billed it is sent to the Office of the Controller where it is processed. The department will receive an email of the invoice that was debited to their account. Only certain businesses are set up for direct billing.  They are as follows:
