Outreach
Credit Outreach classes are
provided where a demand exists on a regular class basis or through
individually designed workshops/seminars to fit unique situations.
Credit outreach allows Indiana State University to respond to the
needs of students, communities, business, industry, and other
organizations for education and training programs. Classes may meet
for 45 contact hours for a three-semester hour course, while a
two-semester hour course meets for 30 contact hours and one-semester
hour course meets for 15 contact hours. Short term workshops meeting one or two days are also be
offered for credit. Different meeting patterns, such as weekends
only , may be arranged by mutual consent.
Periodically, Indiana State University has opportunities to develop
academic programs of strategic importance on the Terre Haute campus.
Some of these opportunities provide for the delivery of instruction
resulting in the awarding of ISU credit hours with flexible fees.

to enable Indiana State University to respond to the needs of
business, industry, and other organizations for education and
training programs. WDP classes are "closed" to outside
enrollment, and can be provided on a regular class basis or through
individually designed workshops to fit unique situations. WDP
classes can be either credit or non-credit and conducted on- or
