Evangelos Kontaxakis, joined the Center for Instruction, Research, and
Technology as a Research Graduate Assistant in August 2006. From August
2008 Evangelos works as an Evaluation and Research support specialist
providing statistical and research design consultation, on line survey
design and development, statistical analysis workshops, and research
software workshops. Evangelos collaborates with faculty, staff, and
students in order to provide all the aforementioned services. He has
experience in both quantitative and qualitative statistical analysis.
Earlier in his career Evangelos worked as an Assistant Professor in
Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, and as a Communication
administrator in the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic
Games ATHENS 2004. From January 2005 until August 2006 Evangelos worked
as a project manager for MDA Hellas a non for profit organization.
Evangelos received a bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Sport Science from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece; a master's degree in Adapted Physical Education from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece; a master's degree in Sport Management from Indiana State University; and currently he is a Ph.D. student in Leadership in Higher Education at Indiana State University.
