The Center for Instruction, Research, and Technology (CIRT) explores, develops, promotes, and supports effective teaching and research practices to advance knowledge, student success, and engagement at Indiana State University.

Faculty Development, Instructional Design Services
- To foster effective teaching practices which contribute to the advancement of active learning.
Evaluation and Research Support Services
- To provide statistical research design, evaluation, and consultation services.
Information Technology Grant Services
- To identify and develop funding opportunities for technology-enhanced research, projects, and programs.
Academic and Emerging Technology Support
- To support the University community through the exploration, development, application, and infusion of new and emerging technologies in instruction and research.
Interactive and Multimedia Design Services
- To provide traditional, digital, and multimedia design and production services for instructional and research support.
Student Technology Resource Center
- To provide a technology-focused environment to meet the IT education and multimedia development needs of students.
