Regular Registration - No Fee

• One 8-foot table with table cloth and chairs.
• 8 ½” X 11” Table Sign with organization name.
• Display of organization name on web site, slideshow at event, and in student newspaper advertisement.
• Free parking on campus.
• Breakfast and lunch provided on site.
• Electricity access available by request (along walls) – limited number available.
• Extra tables and chairs available by request.
• Wireless internet access.

Gold Sponsor Registration - Fee $125

Includes the above (Regular Registration) plus:

• Choice of table location or prime location assigned. Venue Layout
• Acknowledgement as Gold Sponsor and display of organization logo on web site, slideshow at event, and in student newspaper advertisement. Logo Submission and Guidelines
• 20” X 30” Poster in lobby at event with organization name/logo and acknowledgement as Gold Sponsor.
• Table Sign with Organization name/logo and acknowledgement as Gold Sponsor.
• Gold Star balloon at table to further identify Gold Sponsor.
