Logo Guidelines and Submission

NOTE:  We recommend you submit your logo file(s) a.s.a.p., and certainly no later than one month prior to the fair date.  If we do not receive your logo image file(s) formatted within the specifications below in a timely manner, we may be forced to use plain block text to represent your organization in signage, advertising, and web displays.

• All logos should be at least 300 dpi. Saved as a .jpg, tiff, or .eps format.

Web Logo Guidelines - Gold Sponsors and Logo Showcase

To ensure a consistent look across our Career Fairs page, we ask that organization logos conform to the following specifications:

• Please be sure that you have authorization from appropriate person(s) within your organization to display your logo on the Career Center's website
• No animated images will be accepted
• Images should be formatted as .jpg, .gif, or .png
• Images should be no larger than 140px Wide x 72px High
• .jpg images should have no excess border space, other than what is necessary to reasonably surround the content of logo
• Extra border space outside the logo content is acceptable on .gif and .png images so long as the added space is transparent

Do I need to submit more than one logo file?

If you have registered for Gold level sponsorship then you may submit one logo for web display and another for display in signage if desired.  However, so long as your logo can be easily scaled or otherwise manipulated to accommodate both the Signage Logo Guidelines and the Web Logo Guidelines below, you may submit a single logo file.
