Upon arrival to campus, stop at the 5th street (east) entrance to the building, turn on your flashers. You’ll see a big blue sign with balloons on it. There will be staff there to help you with unloading your things.

Departure

We ask that you plan to stay for the duration of the event. Students plan their attendance around classes and other events, as well as travel from campus to campus. It’s important that they have equal opportunity to visit with you.

At the close of the fair, please promptly take down your display. If you need assistance with shipping, please see a staff member at the check-in desk. If you need assistance with loading, please inform staff at the check-in desk and they will secure assistance. You may wish to pack up, get your vehicle, and come back to the main entrance to load.

As always, if you have left over items that you would like to share with the career centers, please leave them with a staff member at the check-in desk. She will see that they are divided between the schools for distribution to students.
