Scholarships

The College of Business offers two attractive scholarship programs for new first year students in financial services. Both require that students submit written applications in the fall of their senior year of high school and be selected for an on campus interview.

Networks Scholarship

The Networks Scholarship is a competitive program for students who major in a College of Business discipline and who intend to pursue a career in financial services. The scholarship includes $20,000 toward tuition and fees, a $3,000 professional development account, at least one paid internship, an international experience, and faculty and corporate mentors to guide your career preparation. Perhaps the most valuable part is the Networks leadership training program, a series of workshops and career development fairs to enhance your career development and introduce you to the financial services industry at a high level. The application deadline is December 1.

Gongaware Scholarship

The Gongaware Scholarship is a competitive program for students who major in Insurance and Risk Management and who intend to pursue a career in this area. The scholarship includes $20,000 toward tuition and fees, a $3,000 professional development account, at least one paid internship, an international experience, and faculty and corporate mentors to guide your career preparation. Gongaware scholars also participate in the Networks leadership training program, a series of workshops and career development fairs to enhance your career development and introduce you to the financial services industry at a high level.
