The University offers advising—as well as a recommended course of study—for students
interested in transferring to a professional dental hygiene program at another university.
Upon admission, each student works with a pre-professional advisor, who helps the student
develop a strategy for selecting courses and navigating the application process for the
intended dental hygiene program.
Students have many sources of financial support for their studies, including financial aid, work-study programs, veterans' benefits, and special scholarships for entering freshmen and transfer students.
In addition, a variety of scholarships are available through the College of Arts and Sciences.
Prospective students should contact the Office of Admissions for further information and assistance.
